Scott P
President
The President administers organizational affairs, presiding over all regular, Executive Board, and special meetings. This role appoints standing committee chairmen, liaisons, and special committees (e.g., Reconciliation, Nominating, Directory). They call special meetings as needed and can take immediate action with majority officer approval. The President serves ex-officio on all committees except nominating.
Whitney W & Katie M
1st Co-VP/Membership
Assist the President and carry out the duties of the President in their absence. Coordinate the annual membership drive starting in July. Maintain an updated list of paid members, indexed both alphabetically and by street and house number. Provide the Directory Chairperson with these membership lists at the conclusion of the membership drive. Turn over-collected dues to the Treasurer.

2nd VP/Block Chairman
Serves as chairperson of the Block Captain Committee. Recruits block captains and coordinates their activities, including National Night Out. Responsible for timely delivery of all communications to block captains and preparation and distribution of new neighbor packets to new residents in the neighborhood. May appoint a distribution coordinator to help with this task.

3rd VP/Community Improvement
This role chairs the Community Improvement Committee, managing and presenting the Yard of the Month, Beautification, and Holiday Awards, including reporting to Communications and handling award signs. They also negotiate the lawn care service contract for Belt Line, Coit, and Arapaho Roads.

4th VP/Social
Serves as Social Chairperson of Special Events, including the fall and spring meetings and other social events as decided.
Antoine H
5th VP/Communications
This role chairs the Communications Committee, collecting and publishing news across the newsletter, website, and social media. They maintain website and social media content, and support the President and board with event advertising and information distribution.

Secretary
This role manages official minutes, reporting Executive Board recommendations, and maintaining Bylaws and standing rules. It also handles all organizational correspondence, tracks committee records, and sends community cards.
Michael C
Treasurer
This role manages all deposits and maintains accurate financial records of receipts and expenditures. The Treasurer makes authorized disbursements, presents financial statements at all meetings, and prepares books for annual reconciliation within 60 days of the fiscal year-end. They are also responsible for all annual governmental and IRS filings, and for preparing the budget for fall approval.

Parliamentarian
Serves as chairperson of the Bylaws Committee. Purchase end-of-term gift for the President. Maintain a copy of the Bylaws and standing rules and provide a copy to the President, Secretary and the Fifth Vice-President for posting on the website.
Block Captains
Spring Creek Block Captains are vital liaisons, connecting neighbors with SCCO news, distributing flyers, and helping organize local events like National Night Out.
